Left Main Coronary Artery Disease is a serious heart condition in which the left main coronary artery becomes narrowed or blocked due to the buildup of fatty deposits called plaque. This artery supplies blood to a large portion of the heart muscle through its two major branches, making any obstruction potentially life-threatening.
